Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellations
- You can cancel the order and the funds will be refunded if it is in the status: of ”pre-processing”.
- If the order status is: ”Processing”, then your order is being prepared for embroidery and the materials have been purchased. As a result, a refund is not carried out.
Return
- You can only return the product in case of manufacturing defects or you received the wrong product from us.
- Returns won’t be accepted because of color, T-shirt size, or feel. Embroidery involved threads so minor threads coming out won’t be considered defects.
- A clear video of the unboxing must be given to evaluate the damage
- You can return the product if it is in the same condition as received with its tag intact, receiving a 100% refund of the money paid. The funds will be returned within 10 business days.
- You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Return of goods is carried out if the appearance of the goods is not damaged, with its tag intact.
- To return the goods, you need to write to What’s up to the phone number 1234567890. Subject “Order return”. Attach a photo of the manufacturing defect of the product and describe the defects found in free form. Our manager will respond within 1 business day.
Refund
- After the complaint has been accepted in the WhatsApp conversation for a return or refund, the necessary steps will be taken care of.
- For return and replacement, the product will be sent back to us, we’ll check the product condition and initiate a replacement.
- In case of refunds, the money will be transferred to the customer in 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
